I was looking for an arrangement for a special celebration to celebrate the MBA designation of the person receiving the arrangement. Toronto Flower Gallery did an amazing job of making this arrangement even better than what it looked on their website. I had asked that the arrangement not be left at the concierge in my building and they willingly brought it to my door. I hope that those that follow my recommendation on the business that I have liked will give Toronto Flower Gallery an opportunity to make an flower arrangement for their home or an occasion. Bravo!

Love this shop - they made a falling flower arrangement for over the fireplace for my wedding ceremony. Beautiful work, fantastic price and service. They set everything up on the day-of so I did not have to worry about anything. The flowers looked stunning and they lasted so fresh and plump even the next day.

Helen was wonderful, and went out of her way to ensure my delivery arrived in pristine condition. She delivered a stunning and delicate orchid plant - to a grieving friend - especially, on her way home, so that it would arrive as soon as possible and in perfect condition and not have to go in a delivery van. She messaged me to explain what she was doing, and offered to go back the next day if my friend could not take receipt. She also sent a photo, the orchid plant (which was exquisite) was exactly as represented on the website, and brought great comfort to the recipient. Amazing customer service and product.
